Rebel Xtreme All-Star Cheerleading is run by Shauna Wood Holm, the only competitive cheerleading coach in Iowa and Minnesota that has developed National Champion and Regionally ranked Mini through Senior teams. Shauna coached the 2008 America’s Best Junior Champions and the 2008 America’s Best Senior Champions team. She coached the 2005 UCA Senior National Champions and her 2007 senior team was only half a point away from being UCA National Champions. 

All-Girl Stunt Class

5-18 year olds

The focus of Stunt Class is to help all girl small stunt groups improve their skills.  Classes focus on proper technique of bases and flyers in basic to eilte level stunts.

Co-ed Partner Stunt Class

13-22 year olds

The focus of this class is to help girls learn how to fly on one base and to help boys learn proper stunting technique in co-ed stunts.  Classes focus on proper technique of bases and flyers in basic to eilte level stunts.

Private and Semi-Private Stunt Classes 
5- 22 year olds

We offer private lessons for any cheerleader or person preparing to tryout for their school and college cheer teams.  We will specialize the work outs to meet your specific goals weather they be to improve your jumps, learn how to base or fly, work arm motions or all of the above.
