Rebel Xtreme All-Star Cheerleading is run by Shauna Wood Holm, the only competitive cheerleading coach in Iowa and Minnesota that has developed National Champion and Regionally ranked Mini through Senior teams. Shauna coached the 2008 America’s Best Junior Champions and the 2008 America’s Best Senior Champions team. She coached the 2005 UCA Senior National Champions and her 2007 senior team was only half a point away from being UCA National Champions.
Combined with coaching staff from division 1 schools Rebel Xtreme has 19 years National Choreography experience and has been in business for 6 years.
Rebel Xtreme is UCA affiliated.
There are NO TRYOUTS for any of our cheer teams. Girls and boys of all skill levels needed. Cheerleading, dance and tumbling experience is not required.
Rebel Xtreme Accepts New Team Members All Year.

Rebel Xtreme does not charge to evaluate perspective team members for proper placements onto teams. New team members are accepted and placed on teams all season long. The Rebels are a year round program. We do not take any time off once our season is over. We go into the off season and begin training higher skills and conditioning.

Our coaches are able to teach anyone how to tumble, stunt, dance and cheer!
The Rebels don't ask for outrages "sponsorships" at the beginning of the season. We offer one low monthly rate which includes:

Cadet Force
4 year old - 8 year old girls and boys Mini Team
Cadet Force practice twice a week for 1 1/2 hours each practice. The Force travel throughout the mid-west competing. Their goal is to attend a National event within the midwest at the end of their season. Practices consist of learning a full competitive routine, refining techniques, jumps, dance, stunting,
tumbling while preparing for various performances and competitions.
Rebel Xtremes' goal is for the Force team to travel only on day trips. In some cases they may travel to an overnight competition. This team does attend a National event within the mid-west.
GroundForce
5 year old - 11 year old girls and boys Youth Team 
The GroundForce practice twice a week for 1 1/2 hours each practice. The GroundForce travel throughout the mid-west competing. Their goal is to attend a National event within the midwest at the end of their season. Practices consist of learning a full competitive routine, refining techniques, jumps, dance, stunting,
tumbling while preparing for various performances and competitions.
Rebel Xtremes' goal is for the GroundForce team to travel only on day trips. In some cases they may travel to an overnight competition. This team does attend a National event within the mid-west.
StrikeForce
9 year old - 14 year old females and males Junior Team
The StrikeForce practice three times a week for 2 hours each practice. The StrikeForce travel to approx. 10 competitions throughout the midwest. Their goal is to attend UCA Nationals. Practices consist of learning a full competitive routine, refining techniques, jumps, dance, stunting, tumbling while preparing for various performances and competitions.
This team will travel on day and overnight trips. The goal of the StrikeForce team is to qualify and attend the UCA Nationals in Florida.
DeltaForce
9 year old - 14 year old Senior Open Team
The DeltaForce practice three times a week for 2 hours each practice. DeltaForce travel to approx. 10 competitions throughout the midwest. Their goal is to attend UCA Nationals. Practices consist of learning a full competitive routine, refining techniques, jumps, dance, stunting, tumbling while preparing for various performances and competitions.
This team will travel on day and overnight trips. The goal of the DeltaForce team is to qualify and attend the UCA Nationals in Florida.
AirBorne
18 year olds and under Senior Team
The AirBorne practice three times a week for 2 hours each practice. The AirBorne travel to approx. 10 competitions throughout the midwest. Their goal is to attend UCA Nationals. Practices consist of learning a full competitive routine, refining techniques, jumps, dance, stunting, tumbling while preparing for various performances and competitions.
This team will travel on day and overnight trips. The goal of the AirBorne team is to qualify and attend the UCA Nationals in Florida.
All squad members have the option of fundraising to help reduce their competition fees and travel expenses.
